Delivery Information
Delivery is simple with Relaxeazzz, once your order is placed our team will prepare it for dispatch. Shipping is FREE to the UK when you spend £30 or more and we offer an Express Delivery option to the UK when you need your order in a hurry!
We also ship to selected EU locations, the USA, Canada, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, and other locations around the rest of the world. See below for shipping prices to these locations.
*For the EU and Rest of the World locations, all import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. If these are applicable the courier will contact you after we have dispatched your order.

UK delivery terms and conditions
*Delivery times may increase during peak times. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days please get in touch with our customer service team.
**Next day delivery with our Express Service is only available to the UK Mainland. Delivery is a 2 - 3 day service to Northern Ireland, the UK Islands, Jersey, Guernsey and the Scottish Highlands.
Our warehouse processes orders Monday to Friday. Any orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday will be processed on the next working day.

EU & Rest of World delivery terms and conditions
*We only offer standard delivery to the EU and the rest of the world locations. Goods are dispatched with Royal Mail via an airmail service.
Delivery times vary but on average take between 3 - 15 working days. This can increase during peak times. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days please get in touch with our customer service team.
**For orders over £75 the shipping price will be quoted once we receive your order to give you the best price possible.

Returns & Damages
If you have any issues with your order, or you change your mind when it arrives, the first thing to do is get in contact with us. Our team are available Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm via email at contact@relaxeazzz.com or via phone on 01579 321550.
Returns & Exchanges
If you receive your item and then change your mind, you can return your item to us within 30 days of receipt and we can either refund or exchange the item for you.
You must notify us before you return the item and it must be in the same condition and original packaging. Any original postage charges, and any return postage charges incurred in returning the item are non-refundable.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages
If your item is damaged please get in contact with our customer service team with your name, order number and details of the damage including photos. They will then respond with a resolution as quickly as possible.
Refunds
If a refund is authorised it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Refunds can take 2 - 3 days from issuing to arrive back in your account.
