Here you will find answers to some of the questions you might have when ordering with Relaxeazzz. Where do you deliver to?
We delivery to the UK, Northern Ireland, Jersey & Guernsey. We also ship to selected EU locations, as well as the USA, Canada, Australia, and selected other locations around the rest of the world.
How quickly will I receive my order?
If you select standard delivery we will dispatch your order via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and it will normally arrive within 2 - 5 working days, this includes processing in our warehouse and delivery time with Royal Mail. If you select our express delivery option we will process your order asap and send it with our courier DPD which has a delivery time of 1 - 2 working days from dispatch. The daily cut-off for Express orders to be dispatched is 1 pm. If you place your order after 1 pm it will be dispatched the next working day. Please note, at peak times such as Christmas these times may increase slightly.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
If we send your order with Royal Mail then it depends on the service we use. For the UK we use Royal Mail Tracked 48, so can provide a tracking number. For the EU and the rest of the world locations, it depends on the country as to whether we use a standard or tracked service. ,With our express service your order is sent with DPD and we will upload the tracking number to your order once it is dispatched. You can then track this with DPD.
How do I change my delivery with DPD?
Once your order is dispatched with DPD you will be notified by the courier of the estimated delivery day and hour window. If you are not going to be in, or need it changing you will have the option with DPD to change this yourself. If you have problems doing this, then please contact our customer service team.
My item has arrived damaged, what can I do?
Visit our delivery and returns page for all the information you need on reporting damaged items, returns, exchanges and refunds.
I'm having issues placing an order on your website.
If you are having problems on the website you can try accessing the site on a different browser, such as Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer. If you continue to have issues please get in touch with our team.
Are the licensed designs you stock official?
Yes, all our licensed products are officially licensed and Relaxeazzz is a registered trademark.
Are licensed products available to all locations?
No. Depending on the license and our agreement with the licensor, certain products are not available to all locations. If a product is not available to your delivery location, you will not be able to add it to your basket.
Are there different sizes of travel pillow available?
Our travel pillow sets with built in eye masks are one size and are designed to fit both children and adults. The eye mask is attached via elastic so they will stretch to fit. We have designs available for all ages and themes, see the full collection.
Can the travel pillows be washed?
Yes, they can be washed up to 30°.
The item I want is coming soon, when will it arrive?
We have regular deliveries throughout the year, contact the Relaxeazzz team to find out when stock of coming soon items is arriving.
Is there a delivery note or invoice included in the box?
No, we try to reduce the amount of paper we print so there will be no paperwork included in the box. A copy of your order confirmation will be emailed to you when you place your order.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
No, we do not offer a gift wrapping or message service.
Where are these products made?
Our travel pillows are made in China.
Can I place a bulk order?
Yes, you can order any quantity on our website and shipping is FREE over £30. We also offer trade ordering via our wholesale site www.puckator.co.uk.
